The property currently offers two cottages.

The first, spread across two floors, is occupied by the hosts. The second cottage, spanning 300 sq. mtrs, is located directly opposite and features a five-bed AC room with an attached ensuite washroom and kitchenette, available for guests. Additionally, there are modern bathrooms for male and female day visitors. The hosts have plans to expand the property into an eco-village, complete with more cottages, a yoga centre, and space for pottery, carpentry, and upcycling workshops.

It is worth noting that the owners ensure privacy and security by accommodating only one group of up to 15 people at a time.
